Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting Sharon Lykins Art! Each piece of art is created, packaged, and shipped with care. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, returns, and refunds.

  1. Processing & Shipping Times

WE INCLUDE PRIORITY PROCESSING FEES IN OUR PRICES. WITH THE OPENING OF OUR WEB SITE, WE WILL BE EXAMINING EVERY ORDER AND MAKING SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS BEING PROCESSED CORRECTLY. This may add a day or two so that we can communicate with our customers regarding their orders, if the need arises. We anticipate the maximum length of time for you to receive your order would be two weeks, if there are no carrier strikes.

  • Original Artwork: Carefully packaged and shipped via a tracked carrier.
  • Prints or Merchandise: May ship separately if produced by a fulfillment partner.
  • We currently only ship within the United States
  1. Shipping Costs

All prices include ground shipping. For faster shipping please contact Sharon at sharon@sharonlykinsart.com before ordering.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email (when available). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

  1. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email sharon@sharonlykinsart.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue — either through a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help file a claim with the shipping carrier.

  1. Returns & Refunds

Because each piece of art is unique, all sales are generally final.
However, if there’s a problem with your order (wrong item, damage during shipping, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and we’ll make it right.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Artwork damaged due to mishandling after delivery

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method.

  1. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
