Product
Your order is printed using the Giclée method on a thick, archival-grade canvas to ensure durability. It is pH neutral and acid-free, so it will not yellow over time. Its bright white surface will support vibrant, dazzling colors that are consistent and accurate across a wide gamut with a semi-glossy sheen. It will extend attractively from the wall as follows: the depth of the unframed stretched canvas is 1.5″ and the depth of (float) framed stretched canvas is 2″.
Solid wood stretcher bars ensure that the canvas print does not warp or bow over time. It will extend attractively from the wall as follows: the depth of the unframed stretched canvas is 1.5″ and the depth of (float) framed stretched canvas is 2″. The rounded edges and beautifully beveled sides of our stretcher bars allow minimal contact with the canvas.
Your canvas will come attached with hanging wire securely fastened on two sides of the frame.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Venmo.

Instructions for opening the shipped box:
• Shipping & processing damage are rare, please proceed cautiously.
• If the shipping container is damaged, please take photos of the damage before beginning to open it and proceed cautiously, taking photos along the way. Check both sides of the carton before moving it into the house.
• Sometimes, the artwork is attached to a piece of cardboard, which is taped to the inside of the box. Clear the tape with a long silicone or plastic spatula – not knives, scissors or boxcutters, which should be used carefully when opening artwork.
• Sometimes there is no warning showing on the shipping carton and you stumble into damaged merchandise. This happens, but rarely. I will need to know if it appears. There might have been a deficiency in the packaging process. Please start taking photos as soon as you notice there might be a problem.
• Save your carton and all the packing materials until the return period has ended, even though you are absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If you have contacted me during the notification period, I extend the return period until you tell me you are happy with the resolution. Also, you can count on my help whenever you need it.
Returns
You have forty-eight hours from the time you receive delivery to email to report shipping damage. Please provide photos of the carton damage and the damage to the item if there is the probability of damage occurring during packing and shipping with your email. After I review the information you send, I will contact you with any further instructions and we will work out a plan to get a priority replacement to you. Damage of any kind including mistakes in the artwork will call for a prompt priority exchange.
You have until noon on the eighth day after you take delivery to email me that you are not satisfied; however, I prefer you contact me immediately if you are not pleased for any reason.
Unbox slowly and carefully. Save your carton or crate and all the packing materials until you have determined you are happy with your artwork and the 8 day period to express dissatisfaction has occurred.
Please give me an opportunity to discover the source of the issue before you request I start the exchange or refund process, especially if we worked together before your purchase. If an exchange or refund is the satisfactory solution, I will handle it with grace.
Shipping & Sales
Sharon Lykins Art currently only sells and ships to the U.S., with the exception of rolled prints. Only rolled prints can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
We carefully monitor the progress of orders in our system. Unless we tell you otherwise or there is an incident beyond our control, you should have your item no later than two weeks from the date your order is placed. (What incident beyond our control? (carrier strikes, lost merchandise during shipping.)
The canvases will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, FedEx Smartpost, UPS or DHL.
Sizes starting from 47x60in are automatically shipped via Freight.
All prices posted on the site include ground shipping. For faster shipping, please contact Sharon at sharon@sharonlykinsart.com.
Call for Pricing
• We deal with two outstanding printers of wall art. They are equal in quality; however, their pricing becomes more volatile after a certain size is reached
• The company that generally has a lower price for the very large print sizes tends to be much slower to process and deliver, especially since they have had two mail strikes during this and last year holiday season
• The company with the more volatile pricing for a very large print size provides us with priority processing and will meet the two week estimated processing and delivery time.
When you call for pricing, I obtain the current pricing, wait time and expedited shipping costs for each company and discuss each with you.
Wouldn’t it be easier just to order the sizes where there are prices? Easier is not always better. I have a wall in my house that had several smaller artworks on it before we hung Concho Wildflowers in a 48 by 48. We also own Flamenco/Cosmic Flamenco in a 30 by 60, Masquerade Bird of Paradise in a 30 x 40 and Twisting Sands in a 40 x 30 (I wish I had purchased a 48 x 36!) If a smaller size would work for your space, we will discover that when we talk.
Care
- For quick cleaning, dust your canvas with a soft dry cloth or a feather duster.
- For a deep clean, use a clean damp cloth to wipe the canvas as gently as possible.
- Do not display in area with direct sunlight to keep the print from fading over time.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals and abrasive tools that may damage the canvas or scrub away the ink.
- Clean with care and let it dry on its own. Don’t soak or spray the canvas.
- Avoid displaying or storing in damp, humid areas to prevent molds on print and warping of stretcher bars.
